I was a General Contractor for over 20 years before starting my career in adjusting, my first experience was with my own insurance company and my own insurance claim. I had a fire loss at my office and warehouse. The fire did structural damage, but the soot had done 10 times the damage, the second was water loss at my home in a second-floor bathroom that also damaged the kitchen below. In both instants my insurance company low balled the amount of loss, and it was fight to get them to pay.

In 2004 Florida was hit by four Hurricanes, an 2005 Hurricane Katrina and Wilma devastated Louisiana and Florida. That is the year that I learned about the insurance claims process and how to advocate for the policy holder. I was retained as an expert Appraiser for Business, Homeowners and Public Adjusters to resolve their insurance claims.

On Sept 13, 2008, Hurricane Ike hit Galveston/Houston. I arrived in Galveston 3 weeks later; I was retained as an expert to write estimates and meet adjusters at the policy holders Business and Homes. In 2009 I applied and received my Texas Public Adjuster License, that is the year I started my company.

Since then, my company has continued to grow. We have helped thousands and thousands of Policy Holders receive a full and fair settlement. We have a full staff of Public Adjusters, estimators, and experts, we use the latest technology to assist in documenting the claim from 360 imaging, Thermal imaging and Drones.

2022 We were recognized and received mention in the Financial Service review Magazine as the top Claim Adjusting Firms.
